In the presence of any evidence of these things, including odor, a "Wear & Tear" fee of up to $500 will be applied in addition to any specific damage or cleaning that is required. 7) Please do not leave any doors propped open for any reason. All windows and doors should be closed and locked when not present at the property. 8) Failure to comply with any of these rules will result in a fine up to $500 at the hosts discretion. 9) No film crews or filming unless given special permission.
