Please keep the following rules in mind during your stay: 1) Local guest reservation requests are subject to further review and questions. Please provide full name, # of guests, and reason for booking. 2) Reservations should include the correct number of guests staying. Please ask the host for permission to bring visitors over to the property. Further, any minors at the property are required to have an adult present with them at all times. 3) Noise should be kept to a minimum after 10:00pm. 4) Please be courteous and respectful of the other guests.5) If you have any issues during your stay, please notify us immediately. At checkout please leave the place as you found it upon your arrival. Any costs to repair or replace an item, fixture, or furnishing found damaged after your stay must be compensated by you. All damage and replacement costs include a labor charge. 6) SMOKING, VAPING, PETS/ANIMALS, and PARTIES of any kind are strictly forbidden. WE ARE NOT 420 FRIENDLY. In the presence of any evidence of these things, including odor, a "Wear & Tear" fee of up to $500 will be applied in addition to any specific damage or cleaning that is required. 7) Please do not leave any doors propped open for any reason. All windows and doors should be closed and locked when not present at the property. 8) Failure to comply with any of these rules will result in a fine up to $500 at the hosts discretion. 9) No film crews or filming unless given special permission. We were traveling a day ahead of the start of our family vacation, and we needed a place to rest our heads for the night. I found Lisa's place on Airbnb just a few hours before we would be arriving in Sevierville. She approved our booking request quickly, and finding the place was super easy. With 2 very young kiddos and 4 adults, it was a no brainer. The rate was cheaper than we could book a couple of hotel rooms, and it was perfect! The place was spotless and still had that "brand new" smell. The beds were comfy! It was so close to everything we wanted to do when we woke up the next morning while we waiting for our 3pm check in time to our timeshare for the week. I would absolutely stay here again! Note: if you have small kids (my youngest is 1), you'll have to watch them closely on the stairs as there's no way to really block them off from the 1st floor.

I can’t say enough good things about Lisa’s condo. It was immaculately clean, we felt like we were the first to ever stay there! The decor is perfect. Every detail of the place was very well thought out. It’s within a mile of any shop or restaurant you’d ever want to visit. The whole stay was completely perfect, and we will definitely be back! P.S. My teenager really appreciated the snack basket. Thank you!

We booked a last minute stay with Lisa over the holiday weekend, and let me tell you, it was truly a great find. The place was easy to find, close to attractions and most importantly, spotlessly clean. Lisa was such a great host, she responded to any questions we had within 10 minutes and dropped off extra supplies for us. I hope everyone who stays here in the future treats her home well and keeps this place as nice as it currently is. I know we will be back! Thanks Lisa!

First off great location. Quiet area away from traffic, yet still close to many of the attractions and shopping areas. Personally, I love their shower. Just the right amount of pressure to relieve the stress that builds up through the day!! I am looking forward to our next stay!!

Our family of six enjoyed our time at Lisa’s place. The unit was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is very close to the Parkway, but far enough off the main road to feel secluded. Lisa was very thoughtful and kind in her communication. We would love to stay at Lisa’s place again if we are in the area.

The accommodations were exactly as described. The owner is very attentive and has great communication. The beds were extremely comfortable. The owner was so sweet to ask what our boys like for treats and upon our arrival she had kindly left the treats for our boys. I highly recommend this stay for location, cleanliness and comfort.
